- Extension data: the Leadoraa browser extension reads publicly visible business details (names, phones, emails, websites) from the active page only when you explicitly run a capture action.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the platform, tools, and browser extension.
- To manage your subscription, credits, and billing cycles.
- To send service-related notices such as plan expiry, receipts, and security alerts.
- To improve accuracy, speed, and reliability of our extraction and outreach features.

3. Browser Extension
- The extension runs only when you invoke it. It does not monitor your browsing in the background.
- It collects only the business details visible on the page you are actively capturing from.
- Captured data is stored in your workspace and can be exported or permanently deleted by you at any time.
- We do not sell captured data and we do not share it with third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure.
- Access to your workspace data is protected by authentication and row-level security.
- Sensitive values such as API keys are stored encrypted and are never returned to the browser.
- We apply industry-standard safeguards, but no system is 100% secure; please keep your credentials confidential.
5. Data Sharing
- We do not sell your personal information or your leads.
- We share data only with service providers required to operate the product (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics), under confidentiality obligations.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
6. Your Rights & Controls
- Export: you can export your leads and data from your workspace at any time.
- Delete: you can delete individual records or clear all saved data from your workspace.
- Access & correction: you can update your profile information from the My Profile page.
- Account deletion: contact support to permanently delete your account and associated data.
7. Cookies & Tracking
- We use essential cookies for authentication and session management.
- We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate product usage.
- We do not use cross-site tracking cookies for advertising.
8. Third-Party Services
- Leadoraa integrates with services such as Google (Maps, Gmail, Search Console), payment providers, and data providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own privacy policies.
- When you connect a third-party account, you control the connection and can disconnect it at any time.

- We retain your account and workspace data while your account is active.
- When you delete records or your account, the data is removed from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to backup cycles and legal obligations.
